Key Responsibilities Work in partnership with business areas to identify and address Learning and Organisational Development needs. Lead and contribute to projects supporting the organisation''s Learning and Organisational Development and People Strategies. Support organisational change management, culture and values initiatives. Undertake research, data analysis and Learning Needs Analysis to inform the development of appropriate interventions. Design, develop and deliver learning and leadership programmes.
