A well-established, mid-size Managed Service Provider based in Basingstoke is looking for a Senior Support Engineer to step into a technical lead role. Supporting a diverse client base across Hampshire, you''ll join a highly capable technical department delivering advanced 3rd line support and leading project delivery.This is the ideal role for an engineer who enjoys deep technical problem-solving, thrives in a multi-client environment, and wants to take ownership of solutions, standards, and technical direction.The RoleYou''ll act as a senior escalation point for complex issues while also delivering hands-on project work across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and on-prem infrastructure.
