Working corking closely with the technical team to deliver excellent IT support and consultancy services, this Senior IT Support Technician role involves a mix of remote and onsite support and project work. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support across Windows Server (on-prem and Azure), Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and RDSTroubleshoot Windows desktop issues and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Teams Voice)Support and configure Hyper-VAssisting on project work (e.g. SharePoint migrations, email migrations, Cyber Essentials+ for clients)Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and installationsUse service desk tools (ConnectWise Manage) to manage tickets and SLAsAssist with workstation setups and fault diagnosis (hardware/software)Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and on-site Ideal Experience With: ConnectWise Manage, NinjaOne RMM, Datto Backup, Cove BackupExclaimer, CloudAlly, Heimdal Security, Keeper, Password Boss, Augmentt What You''ll Need: Previous IT experience working at an IT MSPStrong communication and customer service skillsConfide
