This is a hands-on technical role responsible for supporting our CRM platform, managing role-based security, overseeing environment management, and ensuring secure and efficient deployment pipelines.You''ll play a key part in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our CRM systems and their integrations across multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production). Working closely with our implementation partner, developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, you''ll help ensure a reliable and compliant CRM ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365) Manage and maintain CRM environments, configurations, and deployments Support CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations, including pre- and post-deployment tasks, release notes, and solution management Ensure strong security practices across environments, including role-based access, data protection, and patch management Monitor application performance and proactively resolve incidents and issues Collaborate with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated deployments Main
