Application Support Analyst Northwest London 100% office-basedMy client is a world leader in MedTech and is currently hiring multiple Application Support Analysts to join their team in Northwest London.They develop and support innovative solutions that help the NHS make data-driven decisions, enable frontline healthcare professionals to make safer, more informed choices, and empower patients to engage more effectively with their own care.The roleYou will work directly with customers to support the implementation and ongoing use of the company''s applications. This is a hands-on, customer-facing support role requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset.Key responsibilitiesTake incoming support calls from customers and provide technical assistanceMonitor and respond to support tickets within agreed SLAsAnalyse, diagnose and resolve customer issues where possibleMaintain, track and close support tickets using JiraInstall and customise applications for new customersWork closely with clients to identify activities required for implementation and ensure delivery in a timely and high-quality mannerRequired experienceMinimum two years'' experience in an application support or service desk environmentExperience using service desk ticketing tools (Jira preferred)Strong knowledge of SQLExperience supporting Windows environmentsUnderstanding of databasesExperience with remote access toolsSecond-line support experience desirableThis is an excellent opportunity
