Security Account Manager
Adecco are recruiting for a Security Account Manager to join their clients team based in Wantage!Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of an existing portfolio of reseller and partners, focusing on retention and growth.Seek out and develop new business opportunities across your designated territory.Assess partner requirements and recommend suitable solutions from the available vendor portfolio.Work collaboratively with pre-sales and technical support teams to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions.Build effective working relationships with vendor partners and internal teams, including technical, logistics, and marketing.Ensure all account activity is accurately recorded in the CRM system, producing regular sales reports and forecasts.Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.Participate in vendor training to remain current on product developments and market trends.Represent the organisation at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings when required. Knowledge and SkillsPrevious experience in a B2B sales or account management position, ideally within IT or technology distribution.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities effectively.Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or HubSpot.Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.A team-oriented individual who performs well in a fast-paced environm
