Quality, precision, and client care are central to this role.Key responsibilities include: Managing a very small case load of high value residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completionHandling high-value sales and purchases with minimal supervisionLiaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors professionally and efficientlyPreparing legal documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirementsMaintaining excellent client service throughout the transaction process About You Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal (or similar role) is essentialConfident handling residential conveyancing transactionsHighly organised with strong attention to detailClient-focused with excellent commu
