Conveyancing Assistant
I am working in partnership with a well-respected regional law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its residential property team in Bingley. This is a full-time, office-based role that would suit someone with a minimum of 12 months'' experience supporting a busy conveyancing team, particularly in residential sales and purchase transactions. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and professional legal support professional who enjoys a client-facing role and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You''ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners on a high-volume caseload and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient conveyancing process for clients. Key responsibilities: Opening new client files and inputting data accurately into the case management systemPreparing initial correspondence and legal documents, including issuing contracts on sale filesProgressing transactions in line with firm procedures and service standardsOrdering property searches and assisting in preparing reports to clientsSupporting exchange of contracts, completions and handling post-completion mattersLiaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors by phone and emailHandling incoming and outgoing postProviding general administrative support, including filing, billing and archiving What we''re looking for: At least 12 months'' experience in a conveyancing assistant or similar legal support roleStrong administrative skills and excellent attent
