I''m working with a well-established construction and property services contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Stratford-upon-Avon. The successful candidate will work on a major programme of planned refurbishment and improvement works across residential properties, managing the commercial performance of projects ranging from £1m to £15m. Experience within Property Services, Social Housing or Planned Maintenance would be preferred, but is not essential. The client is also open to Quantity Surveyors from other construction backgrounds, including residential, new build, refurbishment and general contracting, provided you have strong core commercial experience. The Role Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you''ll take commercial responsibility for a range of planned works programmes, working closely with the operational team and supporting more junior members of the commercial function.
