About the Role:
A nurturing primary school in Bletchleyandnbsp;is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism and speech and language needs. The successful candidate will work 1:1, helping the child access learning and participate in classroom life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent and structured 1:1 support throughout the day
• Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet the childandrsquo;s needs
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists
• Track progress and behaviour using EHCP targets

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEND (especially ASD)
• Patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and team-player mindset
• Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., CACHE, Autism Awareness) desirable
