About the Role:
A caring and inclusive primary school in Wendover is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils who have additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in childrenandrsquo;s lives within a highly supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (ASD, ADHD, speech and language)
• Help implement individual learning plans and behaviour strategies
• Promote emotional regulation, communication, and independence
• Work closely with class teachers, SENCO, and outside agencies
• Monitor and record progress, contributing to review meetings

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEND (preferred)
• A calm, patient, and adaptable attitude
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
