HR Manager
I am supporting a well-established, family-owned business with multiple UK sites, operating within a specialist service and installation environment. The company has experienced rapid growth in recent years, and is now seeking an experienced HRBP or Interim HR Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for extension.This opportunity has arisen due to internal HR transitions, and the successful candidate will play a critical role in providing hands-on HR support across the business, partnering closely with Operations and senior leadership.This is a busy, varied, and operationally focused position, well suited to someone who enjoys being visible in the business and working at pace. You''ll manage day-to-day HR activity, take the lead on ER cases, and support a number of ongoing projects, all while helping to maintain a positive and engaged culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary HR contact during a period of organisational transitionProvide robust ER support, including managing complex casesPartner closely with the Operations and Senior Management teamsDrive and deliver HR projects aligned to business needsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning where requiredBuild strong on-site relationships and provide pragmatic HR guidanceProven experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, operations, or similar fast-paced environmentsConfident handling complex ER mattersResilient, pragmatic, and comfort
