Diary management for the VP and prioritising schedule to optimise time effectively To manage travel arrangements and other logistical support for the VP and Senior RA staff Complete expenses in the internal system in a timely manner for the VP and Senior RA staff Receive PoAs via e-mail for printing, signing by the VP or other Senior RA staff and returning to the requestor via e-mail and/or courier. Arranging for certain PoAs to be sent to a Notary Public for notarisation and apostille when required and recording details on a spreadsheet for invoicing purposes.
