Part-time Senior Administrator
We are looking to recruit for a permanent part-time role 20 hours a week, that will be responsible for leading and coordinating the administrative management of bids, tenders, and contracts across our client''s business. The role will act as a central point of contact for all tender and contract-related administration, maintaining contracts and tender registers, tracking key dates, and supporting internal stakeholders throughout the bid process. The position requires a hands-on, organised approach, close collaboration with multiple departments, and a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Skills and Experience Experience coordinating or administering bids, tenders, or contract processesStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in compliance-driven documentationAbility to coordinate inputs from multiple internal stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience maintaining registers, trackers, or document librariesConfident IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and tender portalsAbility to work proactively, independently, and as part of a teamMethodical, process-driven approach with strong initiativeCommercial awareness and understanding of business requirementsExposure to public sector procurement processes Benefits:Generous negotiable salary20 hours a week with some flexibility on days and hours to su
