This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in industrial maintenance, fit-out, MandE, civils or infrastructure works who can confidently assess site requirements and produce accurate, competitive estimates. We are looking for someone who understands the realities of working on site, can interpret both detailed and general scopes of work, and has the practical experience to identify what is required to deliver a job safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. The Role As an Estimator at MJM Industrial, you will be responsible for reviewing project requirements, assessing site-based works, and preparing estimates across a variety of industrial projects and maintenance activities. You will need to be comfortable working from both clearly defined scopes and less detailed briefs, using your experience and judgement to identify the labour, materials, plant, equipment, and resources required to complete the works. The role would suit an Estimator with experience in fabrication, fit-out, facilities or general maintenance, MandE, civils, or infrastructure estimating, particularly someone who understands the practical challenges of delivering works in an industrial environment.
