As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Managing Estimator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Buckinghamshire office with hybrid working (3 days'' remote per week) and flexible working hours. Your new roleAs Managing Estimator, you will lead the pricing and commercial development of strategic highways and street-lighting term maintenance tenders. You will turn client information into accurate, competitive and commercially robust estimates that support profitable growth. You will establish tender pricing strategies incorporating commercial risk, opportunity and market intelligence, while coordinating input from operational, commercial, procurement and bid teams.
