Air Conditioning / HVAC Remedial Works Estimator

We''re recruiting for an Air Conditioning Remedial Works Estimator to join a well-established building services contractor. This role focuses on producing a high volume of accurate, competitive quotations for AC repairs, remedial works and replacement components across commercial maintenance contracts.
The successful AC Remedial Works Estimator will be:

• Producing multiple quotations daily for AC remedial works, repairs and replacement parts
• Reviewing engineers'' reports and recommendations to identify and price required works
• Obtaining competitive prices from suppliers
• Preparing accurate costings for labour, materials and equipment
• Managing a high volume of quotations, ensuring the client receives them within the 3-5 day SLA
• Liaising with engineers, suppliers and internal teams to clarify technical requirements
• Working from the office, home and sites

To qualify for this role as an AC Remedial Works Estimator, you''ll need:

• Experience estimating or quoting remedial works within Air Conditioning, HVAC or FM, using excel, word and inhouse systems
• Technical knowledge of AC systems, including splits, VRV/VRF systems and chillers
• Ability to interpret engineers'' reports and identify required repairs and replacement components
• Experience producing multiple quotations within a fast-paced service and maintenance environment
• Must be based along the M4 corridor, ideally around Swindon
• A background as an AC Engineer looking to move into estimating would be advantageous

The AC Remedial Works Estimator will be paid up to -45,000, depending on experience + Car Allowance + Career Progression + 25 Days Holiday + Pension.
