Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

This full-time role will involve supporting a Year 3 pupil on a 1:1 basis who requires consistency, patience, and a strong adult relationship in order to succeed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Good understanding of SEMH and attachment-informed practice
• A calm, resilient approach and the ability not to take behaviours personally
• Confidence supporting children with communication needs
• The patience and consistency needed to build a positive long-term relationship
