Salary: andpound;70 to andpound;110 dependent on experience*

You will work closely with teachers to support pupils'' learning, assist individuals or small groups, and help create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued.

Who are you£
- Has experience working with children in a classroom environment
- Has high expectations of achievement and behaviour for all children
- Has good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Math and English Grade C or equivalent)
- Caring, patient, and has excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative, and has a willingness to learn
- A team player, able to collaborate closely with teachers and other staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teacher by working with individuals or groups of children to enhance their learning and development
- Demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding practices and confidentiality
- Establish supportive, caring relationships with children, promoting respect, self-esteem, and a positive school ethos
- Contribute to evaluation, review, and planning discussions with the teacher, SENCO, and other support team members
- Manage behaviour and individual needs in line with school policies, offering a fair and consistent approach
- Help motivate children, clarify instructions, and encourage independent learning
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with external agencies as needed
