Supply Desk is seeking dedicated individuals to join a Primary School in Southampton as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This is a valuable opportunity for graduates with backgrounds in Psychology, Sports, or Drama who bring transferable skills such as teamwork, empathy, resilience, and curiosityandmdash;key qualities that enable them to effectively support children facing significant educational challenges.

- Start Date: ASAP andndash; Long-Term Contract
- Pay: andpound;80 - andpound;90 per day
- Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Role Overview
As an SEN TA/LSA, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students engage with the curriculum.
- Assist with classroom activities, ensuring pupils receive the support they need.
- Encourage confidence, focus, and personal development in students with additional needs.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to implement tailored learning strategies.
