The Role: Onsite IT Support Technician You''ll be the face of Venom IT onsite - diagnosing issues, installing kit, resolving faults, and ensuring our clients stay productive. No two days are ever the same. You''ll work independently, think on your feet, and get stuck in across a wide range of environments. What You''ll Be Doing: Visiting client sites across the North West to diagnose and resolve IT issuesTroubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity faultsInstalling and configuring desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsHandling networking issues: switches, routers, Wi-Fi, cablingPerforming basic firewall diagnostics (FortiGate skills = big plus!)Completing structured cabling, patch panels, and terminationsSupporting Windows OS
