What you''ll be doing Recruiting candidates for industrial, manufacturing, production and technical roles. Communicating with Swedish-speaking candidates and recruitment partners. Conducting candidate screening and interviews in Swedish and English. Managing vacancies from initial requirement through to placement. Building relationships with international clients and local hiring managers. Sourcing candidates through Swedish job boards, LinkedIn and direct approaches. Coordinating interviews, offers and onboarding requirements. Working with local recruitment suppliers and workforce partners.
