What you''ll be doing Managing recruitment vacancies from initial briefing through to successful placement. Building strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and candidates. Sourcing talent using LinkedIn, job boards, databases and direct approaches. Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates. Coordinating interviews, offers and start dates. Working with recruitment suppliers across European markets. Supporting contractor onboarding and compliance processes. Managing your recruitment pipeline and achieving agreed performance targets.
