You''ll support international recruitment activity across Spain, Portugal and wider European markets, working with clients, candidates and local recruitment suppliers. This is a varied position combining recruitment, relationship management and international workforce coordination. We''re interested in hearing from experienced recruiters, but also individuals with strong language skills and backgrounds in sales, customer service or account management who would like to develop a career in international recruitment. What you''ll be doing Managing recruitment requirements for clients across Spain, Portugal and Europe. Sourcing candidates for manufacturing, engineering, production and technical positions. Speaking with candidates and suppliers in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Screening CVs, conducting interviews and preparing candidate shortlists. Developing strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and recruitment partners. Coordinating recruitment processes, interviews, offers and start dates. Supporting contractor onboarding and workforce compliance. Managing recruitment supplier relationships across international markets.
