The hours of work will be typically Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.Reporting to the Head of Finance your responsibilities will include: Receive, check and post supplier invoices and credit notes to Xero accurately andpromptly.Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve price or quantity discrepancies.Code invoices to the correct nominal accounts and projects, applying the correct VATtreatment, including the domestic reverse charge where it applies.Route invoices for approval and chase outstanding approvals.Act as the first point of contact for supplier queries by phone and email.Investigate and resolve payment, remittance and invoice queries ..... full job details .....
