Travel required 1-2 trips per quarter (mainly Europe/Spain, occasional US). Must-Have (Non-Negotiables). 10+ years'' experience in digital advertising. Strong product knowledge of Google Search andamp; YouTube. Proven client-facing experience (agency or tech side). Commercial acumen and comfort owning sales/growth targets. Experience operating at global/HQ level. Ability to take full end-to-end ownership of a client relationship. Strong analytical mindset - able to interpret data, extract insights, and drive action. Demonstrated leadership and gravitas in senior stakeholder environments. Background in Google, Tiktok, Meta, Amazon, or similar tech sales environments. Prior exposure to Google Marketing Platform. Experience with finance or retail clients. Familiarity with political dynamics in large global organisations. Experience influencing market sales teams without direct authority
