This is a key appointment for a hands-on, commercially minded individual to lead the finance and back-office functions, while driving operational excellence, financial control and continuous improvement. Description The Financial Controller will lead the Finance, Payroll, Pay and Bill and Credit Control functions, ensuring strong financial control and operational efficiency. Responsibilities will include: Produce accurate monthly management accounts, branch PandLs and meaningful performance reporting. Own weekly gross margin reporting, ensuring payroll, billing and revenue are accurately reconciled and analysed.
