French speaking Customer Service Assistant

Job duties

• Communicate and follow up with the factories and the Sales Manager for prices, samples requests, and trials of material with the prospects and customers.
• Manage some sales accounts in multiple countries (UK, France, and French speaking countries)
• Convert prospects into customers, liaise and coordinate with other members of the sales team
• Generate leads and potential sales opportunities.
• Liaise with the Business Development Manager re targeting potential customers in the assigned regions.
• Arrange for introduction calls, introducing the business as a potential supplier and illustrate the advantages of the services and products.
• Arrange for introduction meetings for the business development manager.
• Process orders from new and existing customers.
• Provide sales support for sales managers in France and UK regions.
• Occasional meet overseas customers to get to know the market.
• Send out prices to customers on monthly and weekly and then follow up

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Possess fluency in French & English
• Have strong Microsoft office proficiency.
• Understand ERP and CRM systems
• Have accurate data entry skills
• Be self motivated to make sales calls
• Be happy to travel in the UK and in Europe when needed
