Hamilton Woods Associates are recruiting for a number of Housing Customer Service Advisor on an inital temporary basis for a local social housing provider. There is scope for the role to become permanent.

The role offers remote working, with occasional travel to their Leeds office.

Key Responsibilities of the Housing Customer Service Advisor:

• Acting as the first point of contact for social housing tenants
• Dealing with queries with regards to repairs, ASB, lettings, tenancy management and rents
• Booking and scheduling in appointments with tenants
• Signposting customers to internal and external agencies where appropriate
• Taking payments from customers and setting up direct debits
• Supporting the team with regards to customer feedback, including customer satisfaction surveys
• Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and changes to existing accounts
