PLEASE FORWARD YOUR DETAILS TO US. Full Details Take full commercial ownership of two concurrent projects (£10m+ each). Train Junior Quantity Surveyors Manage cost planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting. Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts. Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including negotiation and contract administration. Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance (JCT / NEC). Maintain accurate financial reporting for internal and client meetings. Ensure compliance with company and client procedures at all stages. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Requirements Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the façades / cladding / re-cladding sector (essential). Proven experience working for a specialist building envelope or façade contractor. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience on projects £10m+ in value. Strong contractual knowledge (JCT and/or NEC). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
