You will work closely with the project team to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead all commercial aspects of the project from start to finish. Manage cost planning, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration. Ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Drive value engineering and risk mitigation strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on high-value fit-out/refurb projects. Strong knowledge of Cat A and Cat B fit-outs.
