They are seeking an experienced Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on managing change across a complex, fast-moving and high value project.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor with strong MandE understanding and demonstrable exposure to NEC contracts to step into a pivotal project role.Key Responsibilities:Manage change events from identification through to agreement and close-outAssess compensation events, variations and claimsDraft commercial responses and support negotiationWork closely with Engineering / Project teams to ensure commercial governancePrepare and update forecasts, reports and cost analysisContribute to risk, value and cost management strategiesWhat We''re Looking For:Proven experience as an MandE QS on large infrastructure or technically complex schemesStrong working knowledge of NEC contracts - essentialConfidence handling change management processes and CE submissionsExcellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced client-facing environmentAvailable to work on site 3 days per weekContract Details:Outside IR356-month initial term with the opportunity for an extension 500- 550 per day,
