Role and Responsibilities: To manage the HR team consisting of a People and Culture Generalist, ER Assistant, People Assistant and Recruitment Assistant. Within this role you will need to performance manage, coach, mentor and develop the People and Culture team to ensure that an excellent People service is always delivered to the business.
