This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading organisation offering excellent career development, ongoing training, and the chance to play a key role in improving equipment reliability and site performance.Role and Responsibilities:Provide technical engineering support across a designated production areaLead fault finding activities and implement permanent corrective actionsDrive equipment reliability, availability and continuous improvement initiativesSupport maintenance teams with second-line technical expertise and mentoringManage equipment upgrades, installations and commissioning activitiesWork closely with Production, Quality, Validation and Engineering teams to minimise downtimeReview and improve preventative maintenance strategies through CMMS systemsManage external contractors and vendors whilst ensuring compliance standards are metEnsure all activities are carried out in line with GMP, safety and quality requirementsKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Engineering qualification (HNC Level 3/NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent)Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences or other highly regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong understanding of GMP, Health and Safety and maintenance best practicesExperience using CMMS and maintenance ..... full job details .....
