A regional Facilities Services company is looking to recruit a Mobile Multi-Trade Building Fabric Engineer following a new contract win.
 
Working as part of a team of mobile engineers, you will cover commercial sites across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, including retail premises, offices and care homes.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance, repairs and general upkeep across a range of commercial properties.
• General plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Carpentry, including basic repairs to doors, fixtures and fittings.
• Painting and decorating.
• Tiling and flooring repairs.
• Basic roofing repairs.
• Groundworks and external maintenance.
• General building fabric repairs and upkeep.

• Ideally, you will be a qualified tradesperson or an experienced all-round builder.
• A good range of multi-trade skills, particularly across plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance.
• Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Previous experience working across commercial properties would be advantageous.
• A full UK driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role.
