8pm - 8amHours:

£14.34p/h - £14.80p/hThe Role of Care Team Leader - NightsOur Care Team Leaders are central to our operations. As the recognized Senior Carer on a shift, you''ll have overall responsibility for monitoring the health, care, and social needs of residents.Preparation, implementation, and review of personal care plans, including administering medication.Supervise, support, coach, and develop other team members, and liaise with residents'' families and other involved parties. Ensuring residents'' needs and wishes are at the heart of our care.Take the lead during emergencies or when staff or residents need assistance.At Abbeyfield Living Society, we value and reward our staff.
