Customer Service Coordinator
Customer Service Coordinator required for an immediate temp position. Pay rate per hour will be 14.42. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.Duties:Breakdown issues reported into specific housing defectsProduce relevant remedial work instructionsKeep purchasers regularly updated regarding the progress of individual issuesDeal with all administrative functions as directed by other team membersLiaising with clients on a daily basis booking in technicians and subcontractors in what is a heavily telephone orientated position this person must be able to work under pressureBenefits: 14.42 per hourExperience required:Customer service experience requiredHousing, social housing, new build, new homes, developers, residential construction industry experience is desirableExcellent communication skillsReliable, punctual and hardworkingAbility to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasksPC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
