Job Ad: CYP and Family Support Workers Position: Family Support Workers Location: Hounslow Pay Rate: 17.00 - 20.00 per hour We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Children and Young People (CYP) and Family Support Workers to join our team in the Hounslow, Greater London Area. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to Children, Young People, and Families in need Work closely with local authorities, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic care Engage families in support plans, helping them to achieve positive outcomes Safeguard and promote the welfare of Children and Young People Work in accordance with local and national safeguarding policies Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Children, Young People, or Families in a support role NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A good understanding of safeguarding principles Enhanced DBS check for children and adults is required Ability to provide 3 years of references Please note: We do not offer sponsorships and cannot accept applications from candidates requiring Skilled Worker Visas.
