You''ll lead agile ceremonies, remove blockers and help the team deliver at pace. NHS experience is essential. Key ResponsibilitiesRun all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectivesCoach the team on agile ways of working and help them improve over timeSpot and remove blockers so the team can keep deliveringWork closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog clear and prioritisedTrack and report on sprint progress, risks and dependenciesBuild strong working relationships with NHS stakeholders and suppliersSupport the team to work in line with GDS and NHS service standards Key RequirementsProven experience as a Scrum Master on NHS programmes (essential)Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban and wider agile practiceExperience working with multi-disciplinary teams in the public sectorConfident with Jira, Confluence or similar toolsAble to manage stakeholders at all levelsAble to travel to Leeds 1-2 times per month DesirableScrum certification (PSM, CSM or similar)Experience delivering services through GDS assessmentsKnowledge of NHS England or NHS Digital ways of working Apply now or email for more ..... full job details .....
