Scrum MasterCirca 65kHertfordshire - 2x per week in office We are representing a well known, hospitality and leisure business looking for a Scrum Master to join their dedicated AI and Automation CoE. You will work closely with third party vendors, own the sprint cadence and ceremonies, and be the day-to-day interface with partners and offshore teams. Key responsibilities:Facilitate all sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) across the Automation, AI and Integration podsMaintain the impediment log - resolve blockers, or escalate promptlyTrack governance steps as dependencies in sprint planning, including design approval and partner onboarding, design, and go-live gatesTrack dependencies between podsProvide accurate, consistent delivery data We are looking for:Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology teamExperience facilitating ceremonies for several teams, including outsourced or offshore partners across time zonesExperience managing dependencies across several teamsKnowledge of Agile tooling (Jira or equivalent) and delivery metrics Experience within retail and hospitality would be highly beneficial, as well as prior exposure to AI and automation projects.
