Details: Permanent position Salary of 30,000 per annum up to 5,000 year bonus based on KPI''s Rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00/ 14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday Occasional Night shift holiday cover needed Responsibilities: Ensure compliant with all Health and Safety Supervise and organise members of the team ensuring productivity at all times Diagnosing breakdown problems and faults Quality checking Repairing equipment Fitting new parts and ensuing equipment is working correctly Monitor inventory of materials and equipment Maximising production efficiencies Fill out any required paperwork currently and ensure this is passed to the relevant person Supervise and train members of the team Experience and Skills: An ability to work well under pressure Excellent planning and leadership abilities Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Proven experience as a supervisor (minimum 3 years, including disciplinary) / people leading Experience working to set quality standards Basic maintenance experience Not afraid to get hands on Relevant technical knowledge Fork lift experience but not essential ..... full job details .....
