Manufacturing Supervisor Redditch Full Time £15.86 £16.26 per hour + BonusOur client is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring the team operates efficiently and that production targets and quality standards are achieved.The RoleReporting to the Production Manager, the Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and organising the production team, maximising efficiencies and ensuring all manufacturing activities are carried out safely and effectively.The role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern.Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety requirementsSupervise and organise team members, ensuring productivity at all timesDiagnose equipment breakdowns and faultsCarry out quality checksRepair equipment and fit new parts, ensuring machinery is operating correctlyDeal with emergencies, unplanned problems and minor repairsMonitor inventory of materials and equipmentMaximise production efficiencies and ensure targets are achievedComplete all required paperwork accurately and pass it to the relevant personSupervise, support and train team membersComply with all company policies and procedures RequirementsEssential Previous experience working within a manufacturing environmentMinimum of 3 years'' supervisory or people management experience, including handling disciplinary mattersExcellent planning, leadership and delegation skillsAbility to work well under pressure and ..... full job details .....
