Interim HR Change Adviser
I am urgently seeking Interim HR Change Advisers for my Higher Education sector client based in the City of London for a period of 6 months. This is a full time role paying 43,482 to 44,746 per year and is office based 3 days per week, with 2 days per week remote. The ideal candidate will have experience from within unionised environments as follows: - Leading or supporting on restructureLeading or supporting in consultation meetings and being able to provide advice to employees related to changeManaging ER casework related to Change / RestructureExperience of liaison with Trade UnionsKnowledge of Employment Law and best practices in employee relations, particularly in the context of restructures, mergers, redundancies and settlement agreementsUnderstanding good practice job design and job evaluation (Korn Ferry would be an advantage) Working in a fast-paced environmentHaving excellent attention to detailExperience in the Higher Education sector in a similar role would be an advantage.
