Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, helping them with their academic and social development.Assisting in the planning and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.Supporting students during classroom activities, ensuring they are fully engaged and able to participate to the best of their abilities.Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Monitoring and recording the progress of students with SEN, and providing feedback to the teaching team.
