The Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, including those with EHCPs. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans. Support children in developing independence, confidence, and social skills. Help create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to staff and parents where appropriate.
