We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of care services. This role involves leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, fostering staff development, and maintaining high-quality outcomes for those we support.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Ensure the safe, smooth, and person-centred delivery of care services.
- Uphold health and safety standards for both staff and individuals supported.
- Promote a culture of dignity, independence, and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
- Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
- Build strong, supportive teams that deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Financial & Operational Management
- Effectively manage budgets and staff allocation.
- Use internal systems to track staff performance, training, incidents, and quality measures.
Partnerships & Referrals
- Work collaboratively with external stakeholders and professionals.
- Promote services locally and help drive referrals and placements.
Continuous Development
- Champion ongoing professional development for all staff.
- Stay current with legislation and best practice in social care to drive innovation and improvement.
