Are you an experienced CQC Registered Manager or Operations Manager looking for a new challenge?

Our client, a leading provider of domiciliary care and support in the home is seeking to add an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Rochdale office.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake all duties of the CQC Registered Manager's role under the CQC regulations
• Line management and supervision of staff team including nursing team
• Responsible for accidents, incidents, and complaints management within the service
• Lead on recruitment and retention of care staff to deliver outstanding service
• Establish and maintain robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Budget delivery
• Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures
• Oversee all new service user mobilisations
• Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision

Required experience:

• Previous held a CQC Registration or strong CQC knowledge and willing to take on the registration
• Previous experience leading a domiciliary care service.
• Operational leadership experience within the care sector
• Valid UK driving License and own vehicle
