Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care

£35,000 - £43,000 dependent on experience. Performance related bonus.  

Are you an experienced Registered Manager of domiciliary care, who thrives challenge of nurturing and developing a homecare provision? Do you enjoy working autonomously in services where there’s a real commitment to delivering a valuable, quality focused care service? If so, this Registered Manager role might be right up your street…  

This is a well-established domiciliary care agency, with a Good CQC record with excellent relationships with the Local Authority and so much potential to grow their provision and support more vulnerable people in the community, they just need to right Leader to make this happen.

The Registered Manager Role

• Essentially, you’re responsible for managing the domiciliary care branch, ensuring that high quality, person centred care is provided at all times.
• Management and leadership of all staff – ensuring that people are well supported in their roles
• Ensuring CQC compliance is met
• Managing the relationship with local authorities, ensuring that contracts are being met.
• Actively growing the care provision, whilst they’re comfortably delivering a decent amount of care, they’re looking for somebody that will be proactive and take them to the next level. You’ve got goo sized office team, with competent staff who support you well on the day to day operations, so there’s plenty of time and scope for you to develop both LA and private business.

What we’re looking for…

• Experience as a Registered Manager / Care Manager within a domiciliary care / homecare setting
• Good track record in managing quality focused care
• Ideally QCF level 5 in health and social care – though not essential
• Ability and drive to develop and grow a homecare provision.
• Driver with vehicle
