Finance and Operations Manager Harmonic are partnering with a profitable, privately owned technology business to hire a Finance and Operations Manager. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, a supportive Director of Finance and Operations invested in your development, and genuine flexibility, with just one day a week in the office. The Client A profitable, privately owned technology business working in the sports and data space, built by a small, highly technical team. The business is self-funded and growing quickly, with headcount set to more than double this year, and finance and operations is now being built out to support that growth. The culture is relaxed and trusting: people are given ownership and left to manage their own schedules. The Role This is a hands-on Finance and Operations Manager role, owning the core back-office function day to day with external bookkeepers and accountants for support. It covers month-end, reconciliations, reporting, year-end, VAT, accounts payable and payroll, plus the operations side, including onboarding, benefits and insurance.
