Its projects cover residential developments, new builds, education premises and commercial properties across East Anglia, London and the South East.Role OverviewMechanical project management opportunity covering mechanical construction, HVAC and MandE installations. Reporting to the MEP Operations Manager, you will lead engineers and subcontractors, oversee safe, commercially controlled delivery, and manage client relationships. Regular travel to projects across East Anglia, London and the South East is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical installation projects from mobilisation through to handover.Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, labour and materials.Plan programmes, milestones and site delivery; monitor progress.Manage budgets, cost control, variations, forecasts and invoicing.Oversee RAMS, site HSEQ, quality standards and compliance.Maintain client communication, project records and OandM close-out.Requirements3+ years'' relevant mechanical project management experience preferred.Mechanical construction, HVAC, gas, MandE or building services background.Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.Sound programming, cost control and commercial awareness.Strong ..... full job details .....
